AGM – Re-scheduled

To be held on Tuesday 11th January 2022, 7pm, online. COMRIE DEVELOPMENT TRUST – NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2019 AND FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2020 To be held on Tuesday 11th January 2022, 7pm, ZOOM online. The AGM scheduled to take place in March 2020 for the financial year ending 31.3.2019 was cancelled at the last minute due to the start of the Covid-19 lockdown.  CDT’s governing body, OSCR, were advised of this and CDT, like other Scottish charities, were allowed to postpone that AGM until we were in a position to re-convene with the option of holding the cancelled AGM for financial year ending 31.3.2019 on the same day as the AGM for the financial year ending 31.3.2020.  Therefore, on 10 December CDT intend holding the 2019 AGM where we will seek members’ approval to follow on with the 2020 AGM.
